3. OUR PRODUCTS
We currently sell digital products including PDF workbooks, downloadable guides, and optional creative support services.
All digital products are for personal use only.
Following purchase, you will receive access to your digital product via download link and/or email confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure your device can open and access PDF files.
4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive access to your purchase via our secure payment and delivery system.
5. PRICING
All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.
7. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once access to the download has been provided or the download link has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days at lisa@thecreativeprojectco.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, text and materials within our products and on this website are owned by The Creative Project Co. and are protected by copyright.
Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, upload, copy for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from our products without express written permission.
Personal printing of PDF workbooks for individual use is permitted. Digital redistribution is not permitted.

Support and mentoring provided by The Creative Project Co. is for educational, informational, and creative development purposes only.
While support may be delivered online, in written or verbal form, or in person (where applicable in Scotland), no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
All participation in support or mentoring is voluntary. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation.
Support and mentoring do not constitute professional, legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice.
