3. OUR PRODUCTS

We currently sell digital products including PDF workbooks and downloadable guides. All products are for personal use only.

Upon purchase you will receive a download link by email. It is your responsibility to ensure your device can open PDF files.

4. PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days at lisa@thecreativeprojectco.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, text and materials within our products and on this website are owned by The Creative Project Co. and are protected by copyright.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce or modify any of our products or content without express written permission.

Personal print use of our PDF workbooks is permitted. Digital redistribution is not.
